The judgment was issued against Ozcan Group, Inc., operating as Context Health Products, and its principals, Sami Ozcan and Ibrahim Arslan.
Judge Eskridge’s ruling emphasized the high value of AGS’s goBHB® trademark, the deliberate nature of the Defendants’ infringement, and the necessity of strong deterrence measures. The case, titled Axcess Global Sciences, LLC v. Ozcan Group, Inc. dba Context Health Products, et al, Case No. 4:23-cv-02704 (S.D.
