Our company
The year is 2013. Rob Rogers and Gary Millet, two visionaries with a shared passion for human health, embark on a journey that would change the wellness landscape forever. Armed with exclusive licenses to groundbreaking ketone patents, they founded Ketone Labs, introducing the world to the transformative power of clean ketone supplements.
At the time, the concept of exogenous ketones was novel, even revolutionary. But Rob and Gary understood the immense potential of these high-energy molecules, long recognized as the body’s preferred fuel source. Rob Rogers
I was born and raised in California by an incredible single mother alongside my three older sisters. From an early age, sports became my foundation, keeping me focused and ultimately earning me a college scholarship to the University of San Diego. My passion and dedication to the game led me to be drafted by the Cleveland Indians, where I had the opportunity to play minor league baseball.
After my time in professional sports, I transitioned into entrepreneurship and have since become a serial entrepreneur, driven by the same discipline, resilience, and competitive spirit that shaped my athletic career. I have been fortunate to work alongside some of the most talented and driven individuals, building businesses that are not only successful but also focused on impacting lives for the better.

In 2012, my friend Gary Millet and I founded and formed Axcess Global, we eventually started this Company Ketone Labs, driven by a mission to help people take control of their health and break free from the grip of sugar. What started as a passion project turned into a movement—The Health Revolution—dedicated to empowering people with real solutions for better health. Along the way, I have had the privilege of working with an amazing community of individuals who are as passionate about making a difference as I am.
Beyond business, my greatest passion is giving back. I established a foundation to support three causes close to my heart:
- Military families and veterans, whose service and sacrifice deserve our unwavering support.
- Aspiring college students, who have the talent and drive but lack the financial means to pursue higher education.
- Child trafficking, this MUST end.
At this stage of my life, my focus is bigger than just business—it’s about impact. I want to build something that truly changes lives, alongside people who share that same vision. Whether through health innovation, mentorship, or philanthropy, I am committed to helping others break barriers, chase their dreams, and live healthier, better lives.
GARY MILLET
Once in a while your life journey gets blessed with something extraordinary, something you never expected, but through hard work and diligence you were strangely prepared to do. That’s how I felt when we discovered the science and magic of ketones. I believe deeply that bringing the benefits of ketones to light can foster a new revolution in healthy living and spark a turnaround in the growing out of control trends in obesity, type 2 diabetes, chronic fatigue, and numerous other diseases brought into our lives through the over consumption of sugar. I hope the work we are doing with ketones will allow us to leave a legacy of helping change the lives of people and the world. This is my passion, my dream, and I consider myself very fortunate to pursue it everyday.

Larry Bernstein
Larry was educated at Hofstra University and NYU Law School (where he decided he didn’t want to be a lawyer). Instead, he has had a 60+ year career in marketing, product development, manufacturing, and sales. He has worked in senior management positions at major corporations—Mattel, Hasbro, Parker Brothers, Grey Advertising, and MGA International—in addition to consulting with companies in many different fields. He has won numerous awards and developed product brands that continue to thrive.
Larry is well versed in international sales and marketing, having spent over 20 years in manufacturing in the Orient. He retired in 2017 and has spent the last eight years working with elementary school children. “It’s time to give back. These kids keep me current. They know what’s happening and all the future trends.”
Mike Kerr
A Michigan native, Mike received a business administration degree from Central Michigan University.
Mike’s Federated career began in Michigan as a marketing representative in 1982. He accepted opportunities to become a southern Indiana district marketing manager, Great Lakes regional marketing manager, director of marketing – Field Operations, director of marketing, and director of Association Risk Management Services. Over the years, he has led Home Office Marketing, Property & Casualty Claims and Underwriting, Field Services, Life Operations, Learning Center, Advertising, Human Resources, Property & Casualty Services, and Office and Physical Services.
Mike has chaired various Federated Home Office teams, including: Operations Team, Commercial Lines Team, Commercial Health Team, Promotion and Implementation Team (PIT), and New Markets Team.

Ben Bikman
Director of Science Board
Benjamin Bikman earned his Ph.D. in Bioenergetics and was a postdoctoral fellow with the Duke-National University of Singapore in metabolic disorders. Currently, his professional focus as a scientist and professor (Brigham Young University) is to better understand the role of elevated insulin and nutrient metabolism in regulating obesity, diabetes, and dementia. In addition to his academic pursuits, Dr. Bikman is the author of Why we get sick and How not to get sick.
Dr. Robert Baric
Dr. Ryley Parrish
Dr. R. Ryley Parrish is a neuroscientist and Assistant Professor at Brigham Young University, where his research has a focus on metabolic interventions for neuropathologies such as migraines, seizures, and brain injury. He has experience in both academic and industry settings and has published extensively on spreading depolarizations, which are a key feature of concussions and migraines, as well as on the cellular mechanisms underlying epilepsy. Dr. Parrish is dedicated to advancing translational neuroscience and mentoring the next generation of scientists. His growing scientific pursuits are exploring how metabolism and β-hydroxybutyrate influence brain resilience and function.
Dr. G. Michael Wool, MD
Since establishing his practice in 1985 in San Francisco, Dr. Michael Wool has remained at the forefront of medical research, initially focusing on HIV, critical care, and immunology, and now on ketosis physiology. Dr. Wool earned his MD from Stanford University Medical School and George Washington University School of Medicine, following a Bachelor of Science from UC Berkeley. He completed his internship and residency at UCSF Pacific Medical Center.
During the HIV epidemic, Dr. Wool conducted significant research, presenting findings at international AIDS conferences and contributing to early treatments like AZT. His work extended to various anti-retroviral medications and conditions like Pneumocystis Carinii and CMV Retinitis. He developed a chart for Third World countries to improve HIV treatment, now part of the US National Archives and Smithsonian.
In recent years, Dr. Wool has focused extensively on the science and physiology of ketosis. He co-founded Keto5, a company dedicated to developing exogenous ketone nutritional supplements aimed at enhancing fat metabolism for weight loss and improving overall health. These supplements have shown promising results, including rapid and sustained weight loss, significant improvements in diabetes management, cholesterol levels, blood pressure, inflammatory markers, and cognitive abilities.
Under Dr. Wool’s clinical guidance, Keto5 products are undergoing clinical trials at major institutions, such as Cedars-Sinai Hospital, to explore their potential as adjuvant therapies for conditions like Glioblastoma Multiforme Brain Cancer. His work emphasizes the role of targeted ketosis in reducing inflammation and managing neurodegenerative diseases, Alzheimer’s, and long COVID cognitive disorders. In 2022, he spoke at the Society of Brain Mapping and Therapeutics about these applications.
Dr. Wool has also been involved in business ventures, including founding Digitcare Corporation and other medical and media companies. He holds several patents and produced award-winning media content. His diverse expertise and innovative approaches continue to contribute significantly to both the medical and business fields.

Regan Archibald
Regan Archibald, Lac, FMP, is one of the leading Peptide, Functional Medicine and Longevity Specialists in the nation. His award-winning center, EastWest Health (acueastwest.com) has performed 8,789 labs and counting. These comprehensive blood labs include 94 important markers that allow Regan and his team to understand the root cause of health issues. Regan is an international speaker and is the author of 9 books including The Peptide Blueprint and Ageless Future. His podcast, Unreasonable Health has featured thought leaders from many industries. When not traveling, Regan can often be found deep in the Utah mountains with his wife Jessica or his kids, Zoe, Dominic and Jonah.
Dr. Rob Jones
Although Dr. Jones was educated as a chiropractor, he has spent the last 23 years educating himself and developing a skill set that has broadened his scope of practice to treat a wide variety of patients from professional basketball, baseball and football players, Major Champion golfers, NCAA Champions, Olympic athletes, high school athletes, weekend warriors and of course individuals from every walk of life from stay at home parents, police officers, office workers, trades people and fire-fighters. His skill-set focuses not just on chiropractic adjustments but soft tissue treatments such as ART (Active Release Techniques). His first certification was in 2000, making him the most experienced provider of ART in the Sarasota area. Other certifications include the most advanced rehab protocols such as DNS (Dynamic Neurolmuscular Stabilization), McGill pain and rehab protocols as well as The McKenzie Method. His knowledge and love for strength and conditioning as well as functional athletics has helped Dr. Jones work and consult with some of the best strength and conditioning coaches in the country.
